Digutopia LLC (“Digutopia,” “we”) provides managed IT for your computers. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what we don’t do.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email, mobile number, home address, which named plan you chose (Essentials, Protected, or Complete), how many computers you want covered (and optionally the Windows / Mac mix for installer prep), how many devices get standard home backup, how many real mailboxes (Inbox), and payment details processed by our card processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

After you install Digutopia support software we collect device health: operating system, installed software, patch status, disk space, antivirus state, and similar inventory. Cleanup logs record what was removed (temp files, cache, startup items, quarantined junk). On Protected and Complete we collect the security telemetry needed to watch enrolled endpoints and isolate bad software. If you add standard home backup on a device, we store the enrolled folders (typically the system drive, documents, photos, and desktop) under the fair-use home cap described in the Terms.

What we do not collect

We do not browse family photos, documents, or mail. We do not sell household data. We do not use your files to train public models.

Remote access

Digutopia support software can apply updates and cleanup without a person watching the screen. A technician takes remote control only when you ask for help, or when you have agreed we may fix something. You can revoke that consent by uninstalling Digutopia support software and cancelling the plan.

Texts and email

We send transactional messages: installer links, cleanup summaries, and replies to tickets. We do not sell your number. Reply STOP on SMS to leave marketing; service texts about your household may still send while you are a customer.

How long we keep it

Household and billing records stay for as long as you are a customer and as long as tax or dispute rules require after that. Device logs are kept so we can show you what changed. You can ask for a copy or a deletion request at [email protected].

Processors

Card payments go through Stripe when keys are configured. Email and SMS ride ordinary carriers. Hosting may be on a standard cloud provider. Each is bound to use the data only to provide the service.

Children

Digutopia is sold to adults for a household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as customers.
